How it works

No meeting is confirmed without both sides’ consent

Request

Find a member by topic and send your purpose, preferred format and 1–3 available time slots.

Response

The host can accept, suggest another time or decline. No one is obliged to meet.

Confirmation

A meeting is confirmed — and contact details are shared — only once both sides agree on a time.

Calendar & reminders

Calendar invitation (.ics), reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before, and brief feedback afterwards.
